1. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns at Mud Love Pottery. Each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, resulting in unique variations that add to its charm. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and images before making a purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.

2. What should I wear?

Wear something that you don't mind getting a little messy, however it’s just mud and will come out in the laundry. Mud Luv will also supply aprons to wear while you are at the studio. We recommend having your hair tied back and remove jewelry from your hands and wrists.

3. Is there a minimum age?

The minimum age for our classes is 16 unless accompanied by an adult, however we occasionally offer teen classes and kid classes.

4. How do I exchange my order?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Each item at Mud Love Pottery is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to assisting you promptly. 5. How do I qualify for free shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. We strive to provide fair and transparent pricing for our handmade pottery while ensuring the quality of our products and services. 6. What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Please give 72 hours notice if you are unable to attend one of our one night Try It classes and we will make every effort to get you schedule in to another class at a more suitable time. Unfortunately at this time due to the limitations of students per class and the amount of wheels we have it’s not possible to make up session that is part of the multiple week class.

Yes there is a parking lot across the street
